The Station Building Two beautifully blends the old world with the new by keeping the original former Harcourt Train Station façade and adapting it to its modern surroundings. As part of a Cat A to CAT B renovation for client Fidelis Insurance, the office space needed to focus on employee well-being, include sustainable systems and utilise smart technologies to facilitate hybrid working and worldwide connectivity.

Modula was delighted to work with M&E Contractor Tritech Engineering in upgrading the existing Helvar Imagine system by adding controllers, sensors and scene setting devices. The entire system was then reconfigured and commissioned to suit new sustainable and wellbeing-focused lighting throughout. The system provides energy-saving features via presence detection and daylight harvesting, with further automation being achieved through scheduled events.
