Working with offsite construction company CPAC Modular, Modula was tasked with providing an offsite manufactured modular wiring system for this new school extension. CPAC Modular is one of Ireland’s leading offsite construction companies and aims to complete more than 70% of their projects in the factory. The Conecta® modular wiring system designed and supplied by Modula allowed for this to also include the installation of the building’s electrical infrastructure.

Modula’s Conecta® system included a modular busbar throughout the building, distributing power for all general services and a DALI lighting system. Modula also supplied pre-wired energy efficient LED lighting and lighting control sensors that simply needed to be plugged into Conecta® onsite. This allowed for a rapid install, allowing for the project to be delivered on time and to a very high standard.
