Modula was delighted to work with offsite construction company CPAC Modular, in the delivery of a new modular extension to Pobalscoil Iosolde, Palmerstown (Dublin). CPAC Modular is one of Ireland’s leading offsite construction companies and aims to complete more than 70% of their projects in the factory.
Modula was tasked with providing an offsite manufactured modular wiring system for this new school extension. The Conecta® modular wiring system designed and supplied by Modula included for a plug-and-play wiring infrastructure, with pre-wired latest technology LED lighting and an intelligent lighting control system to maximise energy efficiency.

Modula’s Conecta® system included a modular busbar throughout the building, distributing power for all general services and a DALI lighting system. This allowed for a rapid install, allowing for the project to be delivered on time and to a very high standard.
